JUNIOR & MID-LEVEL PATENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (R2368)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate to join our patent practice. This is a full-time position available in multiple locations: Silicon Valley, New York, Washington D.C., Seattle, San Francisco, or Santa Monica.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on patent matters and case law
- Draft patent-related pleadings and motions
- Assist with patent litigation strategy and case management
- Prepare technical documents and expert reports
- Conduct discovery on patent-related issues
- Assist at patent hearings and trials
- Manage patent litigation case files
- Coordinate with technical experts and clients
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in applicable state(s)
- Background in patent law or intellectual property preferred
- Technical degree or strong technical aptitude helpful
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with technical concepts and experts
Compensation
- Salary: $235,000 – $390,000/year plus performance bonus
