We value collaboration, service, work-life balance, and a welcoming workplace culture.ScheduleMonday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Full TimeFlexible hybrid schedule available based on business needsLocal travel between properties as neededKey ResponsibilitiesLead desktop and help desk support, ensuring timely resolution of technology issues.Administer and support Microsoft 365, including users, groups, permissions, policies, printing, updates, and alerts.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues; prioritize incidents and document resolutions.Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, network equipment, printers, scanners, TVs, and other peripherals.Monitor systems and respond promptly to security, performance, and usability concerns.Support cybersecurity, fraud prevention, backups, and data-protection processes.Maintain surveillance cameras, video conferencing, phone systems, and door-entry systems, including DoorKing, ButterflyMX, and Amazon Key.Manage IT hardware, software, and equipment assets.Coordinate with vendors and coworkers to resolve technology issues.Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions for new or upgraded systems.Develop and maintain IT procedures, standards, and documentation.Integrate technology into new construction projects.Partner with owners to address IT needs, including occasional onsite support at personal residences.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred.7+ years of Information Systems experience.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft operating systems.Comprehensive knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, printing, and application support.Strong critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Effective and professional communication skills across all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and strategic thinking.Strong commitment to customer service, ownership, and timely issue resolution.Ability to identify and recommend technology solutions that support digital transformation.Preferred Technical ExperienceMobile device management: Intune, Jamf, or MosyleRMM platforms: NinjaOne, Kaseya, or SuperOpsXDR/security platforms: SentinelOne or SophosFirewalls: Fortinet or equivalentNetworking: HP Aruba, InstantOn, or UbiquitiVoIP systems: Zoom, Cisco, or TeamsTicketing platforms: Jira, Zendesk, or FreshworksBenefitsCompetitive base salaryGenerous PTO beginning on day oneMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account and Flexible Spending AccountEmployer-paid life, AD&D, and short-term disability insurance401(k) plan with company matchDiscounted rent at Wimmer apartment communitiesAccess to Wimmer property amenities, including pools, fitness centers, and community roomsCompany events, including golf outings, Brewers games, river cruises, and holiday celebrationsOpportunities to participate in community and charitable initiativesA collaborative, family-oriented company cultureMake an Impact at Wimmer CommunitiesIf you are a hands-on IT leader who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and identifying technology solutions that improve the organization, we would like to hear from you.
