Job Title: OpenText EDI
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 10 Months
Rate: $50-55 Per Hour C2C All Inclusive
New Capgemini Onboarding Process Updates:
• Due to additional onboarding requirements, a meet and greet is required for all new hires.
• Selected candidates must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini/Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Capgemini team member prior to starting their assignment.
• If the candidate is not local, Capgemini will pay the expenses.
Job Description:
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should be able to manage 3-4 individuals and co-ordinate between client and offshore team.
• Monitor and maintain the EDI system's health to ensure seamless operations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Onboard new trading partners by configuring profiles, managing partner information, and creating custom mappings.
• Apply system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to maintain functionality and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations like HIPAA, GDPR, or SOX.
• Generate and distribute transaction reports and provide support to end-users and partners for EDI-related queries.
• Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance or enhancements and serve as the main contact for trading partners.
