Accounting Coordinator

Accounting Coordinator $20–$25/hr | Events Industry | In Person | Las Vegas, NV We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support our fast-paced accounting team. This is a hands‑on role focused primarily on A/P, expense coding, credit card reconciliations, and enforcing company expense policies. You’ll also help issue per‑diems for event staff and provide backup A/R support as needed. This is a great fit for someone who loves day‑to‑day operational accounting, stays organized under pressure, and can jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Onboard new vendors and process vendor bills Ensure timely vendor payments, and prevent overpayments Code and reconcile corporate credit card expenses Enforce company expense and travel policies Issue and track per‑diems for events and travel Assist with month‑end reconciliations and accounting support Provide backup A/R support as needed Maintain organized accounting records and documentation Requirements 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or A/P experience preferred Strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment Required: QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience Preferred: Ramp experience Preferred: Job costing experience Excel / Google Sheets proficiency Events, hospitality, entertainment, or production industry experience is a plus Reports to: Payables & Expense Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr Fresh Wata LLC
