Continuedmentoringoffieldstaffemployeesinareaofsafetypractices.Performssafetyauditsandseesthatdeficienciesarecorrectedimmediately.Creates,analyzes,updatesandcertifiesvariousprojectschedules,includingshorttermschedulesandprojectCPMschedule.Responsiblefornegotiatingsubcontractors,reviewingandmakingrecommendationsforexecutiontotheContractsManager,ensuringsubcontractorscomplywithrequirements,administeringthesubcontractandpayingthesubcontractors.DemonstratesintimateknowledgeoftheCompany’sstandardformcontracts.Overseestheactivitiesfortheentireprojectteam(employees,subcontractors,vendors)toensurecompliancewiththecompanypolicies,safetyandqualitystandards.Supervisesjobsiteoperations,supportsfieldstaffandcoordinatesresourcessuchascrews,materialsandequipment.
