Payroll Specialist

DisruptiX Talent Solutions is partnering with a well‑established construction‑related organization in Yorba Linda that is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable managing high‑volume payroll with accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities Process payroll for approximately 200–215 employees accurately and on schedule Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and company policies Work within the company's payroll system (Midar) and interface with Sage Intacct Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation Assist with payroll reporting and audits as needed Partner with accounting and operations to support payroll-related activities Help support payroll during the company's busy summer season Qualifications 2+ years of payroll processing experience Experience processing multi‑employee payroll in a high‑volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus Experience with Midar is a plus, but not required Construction, union payroll, or certified payroll experience is preferred but not required Schedule: Full‑time, 100% onsite Hours: Flexible start time (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM) Contract Duration: Open‑ended #J-18808-Ljbffr DisruptiX Talent Solutions
