Mortgage Loan Originator | New York

Elliman Capital is a boutique mortgage banker built for the modern originator. We pair white-glove service with institutional-grade execution, serving discerning clients across New York and beyond. As a direct lender with in-house underwriting, processing, and closing, we move with a speed and precision that brokers and big banks cannot match.
What we offer:Uncapped commission with competitive bps, full product menu (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, BPL), dedicated marketing support and co-branded content, modern tech stack, and multi-state licensing support.
What you bring:Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly); clean regulatory record
2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred
Established referral relationships
Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline
Tech-proficient and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment
Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based . Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+ , depending on production volume and loan mix.
Elliman Capital is a DBA of Associated Mortgage Bankers, Inc. (NMLS #24794) , licensed by the New York State Department of Financial Services .
Employment is at will and contingent upon maintaining active NMLS registration and compliance with the SAFE Act and all applicable federal and state lending regulations.
