Senior Backend Engineer, AI-Native Data Platform
Visible Hands
Plot is building the next generation of social intelligence with an AI‑native platform. You will own core data systems, stabilize high-throughput pipelines, and design fast access patterns for dashboards and analytics, enabling AI agents to reason over large datasets.
We seek a senior data engineer with 5+ years of experience, strong Postgres production expertise, and a practical mindset to ship foundational systems that scale with product needs and AI capabilities.
