This role offers the opportunity to lead critical accounting functions within a fast-paced, global organization, while shaping processes, developing talent, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong technical accounting professional with a proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality financial results.What you’ll doProvide technical accounting leadership and serve as a subject matter expert in complex areas, including lease accountingLead and oversee multiple accounting functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for both US GAAP and IFRS in a global environmentManage key accounting areas, including global lease accounting, employee-related accounts (benefits, payroll, expatriate programs), and unclaimed propertyMentor, develop, and lead a high-performing team, including both internal staff and outsourced partnersDesign and deliver impactful technical accounting training to enhance capabilities across the global finance organizationDrive process improvements and transformation initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and automationPartner with internal and external auditors to support audit activities and ensure timely completion of external reporting requirementsMaintain a strong internal control environment, including accountability for SOX compliance within assigned areasLead and contribute to strategic projects, including digital transformation and broader corporate finance initiativesPreferred qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.10+ years of experience (Fortune 500 or Big 4 CPA firm highly preferred).CPA licenseExtensive knowledge of US GAAP, with IFRS knowledge preferredHigh ethical standards.Strong communication skills and professional presence.Flexible, organized, and able to prioritize and complete a high volume of work under time constraints and deadlines.Self-starter, with the ability to work independently.Ability to interact at various levels within the organization.Attention to detail.Proficient computer skills (Excel/Word/Powerpoint).Our commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
