Administrative tasks such as billing and marketing are managed by our support team, allowing you to focus exclusively on your therapeutic practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in managing mood disorders.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, to ensure integrated and effective care for clients.

• Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to share insights and keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions when needed, fostering community and shared understanding among clients.

• Document therapy sessions and client progress in a timely and accurate manner to maintain compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
