Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing platforms to provide psychological support to individuals and groups coping with psychological distress, especially in the context of terminal illness.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with other health professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure a cohesive treatment approach that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring all interactions are documented in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in distress, facilitating access to additional resources as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
