Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Position Summary We’re hiring board‑certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews and a physical evaluation in the member’s home. Use a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation. Do not prescribe medication, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Compensation Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week (average 6‑9 visits daily, $80 per completed assessment). Increase your per‑visit rate up to 135% or 160% with our Market Multiplier depending on working counties. Earn additional compensation via a pay‑per‑test model for qualifying visits. Availability Incentives based on weekly availability. Schedule Shifts available Monday through Sunday (no nights or weekends required). Short‑term or long‑term basis. Flexible schedule. Qualifications Board‑certified nurse practitioner. State license required. Independent contractor, 1099 status. Benefits & Other Malpractice coverage. Airfare, hotel, and rental car availabilities depending on eligibility. Incentive rates are subject to change. Area exclusions apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
