About the RoleWe are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience
- Two or more years of general hotel operations experience
- Ability to work from 3pm to 11pm
- Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to work weekends
