What You'll Be Doing * Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes * Complete speech-language pathology evaluations and assessments * Develop individualized treatment plans * Address dysphagia, cognitive-communication deficits, speech impairments, language disorders, and voice disorders * Educate patients, caregivers, and family members * Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and case managers * Maintain timely and accurate Medicare-compliant documentation Qualifications * Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license * Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred * Minimum one year of clinical experience * Home health experience preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently in the field * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license About Always Best Care Always Best Care is a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency serving patients throughout Oahu.
