Branch Manager

Position Salary Range: $67,000.00 to $84,000.00 annually Role To oversee the daily operations, sales and service culture of the branch and ensure all members receive the highest level of service. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Lead the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals while maintaining focus on state and federal regulations and Align Credit Union policies. Exercise administrative control over day‑to‑day functions, delegate work, and exercise management authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and salary recommendations. Ensure implementation of Credit Union policies and explain Credit Union programs, procedures, and objectives. Encourage and maintain a positive work environment by communicating professionally with members, teammates, management and vendors. Effectively interview, hire, train, coach and motivate the branch team on an ongoing basis; set performance goals, provide feedback and recognition, and identify areas where additional training is needed. Monitor branch activity and performance (e.g., transactions, errors, loan volume, sales, new accounts) to identify growth opportunities. Proactively seek opportunities to grow the branch's book of business; lead the sales process in the community, build new relationships, deepen existing relationships, and represent the Credit Union through volunteer efforts. Make appropriate decisions, exercise sound judgment, provide exceptional member service, and resolve issues and complaints independently. Ensure adequate coverage for all positions during time‑off periods and be willing to fill teller and member‑service representative duties. Maintain compliance with governmental and regulatory agencies, credit‑union laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to protect the Credit Union and its members. Hours & Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (40+ hours per week) Compensation Expected base salary: $67,000.00–$84,000.00 annually.
