Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay: $32.92/hr
Overview:
Seeking an Associate Category Manager with 2 3 years of CPG/retail category management or analytics experience to support a major retailer's Dairy category. This role focuses on analyzing sales and shopper data and translating insights into assortment, pricing, promotion, and planogram recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales, POS, Circana/Nielsen, pricing, promotion, and category data.
Prepare weekly scorecards, reports, category reviews, and business insights.
Support assortment planning, shelf-space analysis, and planogram execution .
Develop recommendations to improve category sales, share, and performance.
Partner with sales, eCommerce, consumer insights, and retailer teams.
Present data-driven recommendations to internal and customer stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
2 3 years of CPG category management, retail analytics, shopper insights, or related experience.
Hands-on planogram, space planning, shelving, or assortment experience.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with Circana, Nielsen, POS, panel, or similar retail data.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Target experience and JDA/Blue Yonder, POG Gen, or Shel IQ experience preferred.
