Customer Support RepresentativeThis field-based position requires daily travel, working onsite with Millennium Health customers. That's a great way to say, We've Got Your Back!The Job:Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers and prospects in the region to uncover new sales opportunities for the Territory Manager.Provide training to clinical staff on sample collection and order processing and deliver in-service training on-site with customers.Plan onsite visits with existing customers to address customer concerns, sample issues, and billing.Develop a working relationship with multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues and share information related to enhancing existing relationships with the customers
