Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Houston, TX - Near the Galleria / Uptown Area In-Office Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base, DOE Employment Type: Full-Time Bell & Associates is partnering with a growing organization to identify a driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys owning the recruiting process from sourcing through offer. The ideal candidate is a true hunter - proactive, organized, motivated, and comfortable building talent pipelines rather than waiting for candidates to come to them. What You'll Do Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer and onboarding Recruit for a high volume of frontline operations and management positions across multiple Texas markets Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Screen, interview, and assess candidates Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process Partner with HR leadership and Account Directors on management-level recruiting Participate in and lead new-hire orientations and group presentations Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS Help improve recruiting processes and overall candidate experience What We're Looking For Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition Strong sourcing and candidate development skills A proactive hunter mentality and strong sense of urgency Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable presenting to groups Highly motivated, focused, and self-directed High-volume recruiting experience preferred Experience with Greenhouse and/or Paylocity is a plus Industry background is flexible - strong recruiting fundamentals and the right mindset are most important $60,000–$75,000 base salary , depending on experience Full-time, in-office opportunity Opportunity to join a collaborative HR team High-impact role with significant ownership of the recruiting process Exposure to recruiting across multiple Texas markets #J-18808-Ljbffr Bell & Associates, Inc.
