Entry-Level Assembler

• Assemble liquid cooling systems using copper piping, rubber tubing, and mechanical components.
• Utilize hand and power tools to build high-quality products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Learn and perform brazing, grinding, finishing, and mechanical assembly tasks.
• Follow quality and safety standards in a clean manufacturing environment.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to expand skills and career opportunities.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or equipment operation preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous assembly, production, warehouse, construction, automotive, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.85/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
