IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Underwriter in Scottsdale, AZ, hybrid with in-office Mon–Wed and remote Thu–Fri. You will manage delegated authority relationships, grow a $5–10 million book, and drive profitability within risk appetite. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial P&C underwriting, including E&S exposure, and strong agency management experience.
