Technical RecruiterWe're looking for an experienced Technical recruiter accomplished in full life cycle recruiting from exceptional sourcing and negotiating skills through expert client engagement and management. You need an understanding of what it means to be in a compliance-driven environment and how security clearances can affect the recruiting game. You will push the boundaries of space by pushing the boundaries of talent acquisition. Depth of understanding on how, when and why to execute in a high demand, technically dominant environment is a must, along with the professional business acumen to navigate a sophisticated and complex environment.This role is responsible for the following key deliverables:Ensure a gold standard experience for candidatesEmbrace cutting edge recruiting technology to source and attract top talentDesign and implement proactive sourcing strategies to deliver available, diverse, and qualified candidatesProactively drive the hiring process with clients and provide regular feedback on the status of recruiting activity and any challenges facedCommunicate the availability of skill sets to clients and make recommendations on staffing plans to successfully fill staffing needs for program successBuild work networks, personal networks and social networking connectionsConsult with leaders during intake meetings to attract the appropriate candidate poolPartner with Workforce Strategy leaders and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify openings, meet metrics goals and drive process improvements to achieve overall business objectivesCreate compelling job descriptions to attract desired candidate poolWork with Coordinators on scheduling interviews, post-offer, and other administrative supportManage time effectively, identify opportunities for improvement, lead projects, and foster changeApply knowledge of TA and Business Area policies and procedures to effectively advise Hiring Leaders and HR on the staffing process and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time to meet staffing needsEnsure applicant tracking compliance and required forms, Conflict of Interest documentation and approvals are uploaded into applicant tracking systemCoach management and HR when the appropriate actions are not taken through active consultation with the Hiring Leader to ensure compliance with Corporate Policy, local, and federal legislationBasic Qualifications:Significant experience with highly cleared national security sourcing8+ years of corporate recruiting experienceTech background is strongly preferredAbility to work in an ambiguous environment at a very fast paceExperience hiring highly technical and highly cleared candidates in a short amount of time.
