Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Special Education Teacher certification
• Previous experience managing and tracking IEPs
• Familiarity with K-8 special education needs
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Capacity to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Comfort working in a remote, online setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain compliance for IEPs in a home school-based K-8 online program
• Monitor and record progress towards IEP goals for all assigned students
• Collaborate virtually with students’ families and other educational team members to ensure all services are documented and aligned with compliance expectations
• Ensure timely submission of all IEP documentation per state and program guidelines
• Participate in virtual meetings and comply with reporting deadlines
