Job Opportunity: 2nd Shift Production Associate - Kemper with Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH

Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Associate - Kemper to join their Cincinnati team. This position is in the Production department and reports to the Shift Supervisor . In this role, you will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team, this could be a solid opportunity. Starting pay: $18-$20/hour.

About the Role

As a Production Associate , you will help keep production running smoothly by packaging products, supporting the production line, and maintaining quality and safety standards. In this role, you will:

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report any issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.

What You Bring

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable Production Associate working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)
