Structure, support, and scope The Nurse Supervisor of Float Resource Pool will report to a Director of Nursing Operations while collaborating closely with a House Supervisor, resource coordination teams, and service-line leaders to optimize staffing, throughput, and surge response; the Nurse Supervisor of Float Resource Pool will guide a friendly, collaborative team of float RNs and clinical support staff, mentor emerging leaders, standardize evidence-based practices, facilitate daily huddles, drive continuous improvement, and champion a diverse, inclusive, and compassionate culture across med-surg, telemetry, critical care, emergency, perioperative, and specialty units.
