Desired Qualifications:

• Active Delaware SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Previous experience within pediatric or school-based environments preferred
• Ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans
• Comfortable using assessment tools and progress tracking platforms

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for students with varied speech and language needs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions—individually and in small groups—in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student development
• Maintain clear, accurate records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff trainings as needed
