• Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience
• Ability to work a varied weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and software
• Strong closing and customer retention skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM
• Stay informed on new models, product updates, and manufacturer training
