Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using the latest tools and diagnostic equipment
• Perform routine maintenance services as outlined in repair orders
• Complete work efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to the Service Advisor
• Provide estimates and timelines for additional work needed
• Perform warranty work and follow factory procedures

Service Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast, eager learner and team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
