Housekeeping Lead

The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for maintaining Ecumen facilities in a clean, sanitary, orderly and attractive condition. This position is responsible for providing a pleasant living environment for residents and an organized, safe working environment for staff. Point of contact in support of the Leadership Team. Opportunity Details: Schedule: Full-Time Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Position works various Monday-Friday Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $19.50 to $21.50 per hour. Learn more at Essential Job Responsibilities: Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with community policies and department standards. Point of contact for environmental staff in support of the Leadership Team. Gives direction as needed and reports to the supervisor. Sweeps, vacuums, dusts, washes, waxes, scours and sanitizes areas as assigned. Moves furniture and equipment to clean behind or under as necessary. Maintains all assigned areas in a safe manner. Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor or member of the leadership team. Follows all regulatory compliance standards. Maintains equipment and supply levels as needed. Reports supply/equipment needs to supervisor. Assists with any resident need, as applicable. Partners effectively with others in a demanding and changing environment, supports all team members within the community as directed by the leadership team. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications: Previous housekeeping experience Previous experience working with seniors Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
