What you bring:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license in good standing
• Previous experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist (preferred)
• Confidence providing support to students with varying needs and disabilities
• Ability to tailor interventions for ages 3 through 21
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and program needs
• Commitment to creating inclusive, student-centered therapeutic programs

What you’ll do:

• Deliver high-quality, on-site occupational therapy services in a school environment
• Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reports
• Attend professional development sessions to enhance skills and stay current with best practices
• Actively participate in team meetings, IEP development, and family consultations as needed
