Estimating Manager

We’relookingforanexperienced EstimatingManager toleadpreconstructionstrategyandbuildahigh-performingestimatingteamacrossourNewEngland operations. This is a key leadership role where you'll drive winning bid strategies, oversee complex pursuits ($10M+), and partner closely with business development, operations, and technical teams. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of estimators Oversee all estimating and preconstruction efforts for the branch Drive conceptual and design-build estimates for complex projects Develop bid strategies using market intelligence and cost data Partner with BD, operations, and engineering teams to win work Support client presentations, proposals, and interviews Identify and mitigate risk during preconstruction What We're Looking For 10+ years of construction estimating experience Proven leadership of estimating or preconstruction teams Experience with large, complex projects ($10M+) Strong background in design-build and conceptual estimating Proficiency in estimating tools, Excel, and construction documents Strong communication and leadership skills What Sets You Apart Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams Strong communication and presentation skills Deep understanding of market conditions and competitive landscape Passion for mentoring and developing talent Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.
