Job Description Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings. Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial preparation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents. Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Advise clients on business, commercial, and real estate disputes and transactions. Negotiate settlements and business agreements. Prepare and review corporate governance documents, operating agreements, partnership agreements, bylaws, and related legal documents. Develop legal strategies that align with clients' business objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships while working collaboratively with the legal team. Qualifications 5+ years of litigation experience. Strong knowledge of California and Federal court procedures. Excellent legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Experience with business litigation, commercial litigation, real estate law, or corporate transactions preferred. Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating effectively with colleagues. Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
