HVAC Commercial Service Technician

Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring and piping diagrams, or engineering specifications, to Install, diagnose and repair units. Operates refrigerant recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, charging equipment and service gauges. Possess excellent troubleshooting skills to component level. Inspects system to verify system compliance with plans and specifications. Completion of routine maintenance and operation of HVAC systems and any other related equipment, which contributes to the safe and effective operation of facilities. Maintain quality of work, performance and productivity standards. Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems Records temperature, pressure, and other readings on log sheet at specified intervals. Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files. Keeps current all manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair May be required to work varying schedules and shifts to reflect the business needs of the Company. Knowledge of VAV/VVT HVAC systems experience preferred. Building controls – ATC Temperature Electronic and Pneumatic controls. Why Join Kelso Industries?
