Pronto Pools is looking for a Pool Service Technician to join our team and assist with residential pool construction projects.

This is a hands-on position supporting the installation crew throughout the building process. You’ll help with materials, tools, site work, installation tasks, cleanup, and other work needed to keep projects moving.

The right person is dependable, willing to work hard, and ready to learn. Experience is helpful but not required. We’re open to candidates with different backgrounds who are interested in learning a skilled trade and working as part of a team.

Compensation

  • Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)

  • Overtime opportunities available

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Compensation:

$75,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the crew with pool installation projects

  • Help prepare and organize job sites

  • Move and handle materials and equipment

  • Assist with installation and construction tasks

  • Use basic hand tools and equipment

  • Help keep projects organized and on schedule

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Follow directions from supervisors and crew members

  • Perform general labor as needed

Qualifications:

  • Reliable and dependable

  • Hardworking and willing to learn

  • Comfortable working outdoors

  • Able to work well with a team

  • Positive attitude

  • Construction, landscaping, or hands-on experience is a plus
