• Start Date: As soon as possible or per your availability
• Employment Duration: Ongoing, permanent placement available
• Shift: Night shifts; 12-hour shifts (may vary)
• Hours per Week: 36+ hours
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• License/Certifications: Current Kansas RN license; BLS required
• Experience: Prior Med-Surg experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $29.00 $43.00, based on education and experience
• Differentials: $2.00 shift and weekend differential
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

What You'll Do:

• Provide nursing care to medical and surgical patients utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and record vital signs
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies
• Document care activities accurately using hospital electronic systems

What You Need:

• Active Kansas RN license and BLS certification
• 1+ years of Med-Surg experience preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
