This is not a solo role —you’ll be part of a dedicated maintenance team that supports one another and the entire operation. With a mix of legacy equipment and several brand-new machines , this role offers great variety and the opportunity to work with evolving technology.

 

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, saws, sanders, and finishing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements across a 170,000 sq. ft. operation
• Partner with production teams to identify and solve recurring issues
• Support a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems
• Experience with woodworking or cabinet manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
