Cash Accountant

Cash AccountantWe are seeking a diligent and proactive Cash Accountant to manage daily cash reconciliations and perform essential accounting duties. This role requires an individual who can efficiently handle financial discrepancies, support month-end processes, and perform vital administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily cash reconciliations for designated sales centers.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with sales center personnel.Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts during the month-end close.Prepare and post journal entries, including adjustments and reclassifications as required.Contribute to the month-end closing procedures as needed.Handle administrative functions such as registration and documentation.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team.QualificationsPreferred: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.Prior accounting experience is advantageous.Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Familiarity with accounting systems is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the capability to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal.This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your accounting skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations.
