If you have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, then come on board with us and experience the most extraordinary community in the area!LPN $49,920 - $56,160Hours:3 days per week needed, shifts will be 6am-7pm. Will work every 4th weekend 6am - 7pm. You will be on call for emergency needs 2 days per week, and your weekend for after hour calls.Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proof of graduation from an accredited nursing school with an Ohio LPN License.Valid driver's license - good driving record required.Full-Time – Employees are eligible for the following:· Medical standard plan – 1st of the month following 30 days of employment· Dental insurance – 1st of the month following 30 days of employment· Vision insurance - 1st of the month following 30 days of employment· Short-term disability - $150.00 weekly benefit (no cost to employee)· $1000 referral bonus – paid out over the course of 1 year· Simple IRA – up to 3% employer match when employee qualifies to participate· Vacation buy-out options· Employee assistance program (EAP) – no cost to employee· Annual merit increases – as budget allows· PTO 152 hours per year· Holiday monetary gift – end of the year as budget allows· Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance - $20,000 policy – (no cost to employee)· 8 paid holidays· 1 paid floating holiday
