We are seeking detail-driven, organized professionals to support our purchasing operations. In this role, you will coordinate with vendors, purchase components, steel, hardware, and shop supplies, prepare and process purchase orders, track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery, receive and enter shipments into the system, and maintain accurate records. You’ll also obtain approvals for purchases over set limits and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly through high-volume, detail-oriented data entry in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements :
- Basic knowledge of hardware and steel
- Proficiency with Excel and general computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle heavy data entry in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
