Hospice Account Executive

Hospice Account Executive Location: Warrendale, PA, USA (additional: Butler, PA) What you’ll do in this role Build and maintain relationships with all existing referral sources. Actively prospect for new referral sources based on the Agency’s scope of service. Work closely with Marketing, Agency Administrator and Clinical Management to ensure that demand for clinical care is aligned with capacity and never compromises the Agency’s ability to provide high‑quality care. Educate referral sources on the Home Health, Journey, Palliative, and Hospice offerings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, and physicians. Coordinate care for patients by clearly and effectively communicating with referral sources and the internal clinical operations team. Qualifications Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred). One year of healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience preferred. Understanding of all federal and state laws pertaining to marketing of home care and ability to ensure full compliance. Committed to providing highest‑level customer service to referral sources. Background Check Successful completion of a drug screen, including testing for medical and recreational marijuana, is required as part of the background process.
