Sr. Business Analysis Manager - Strategy & Power BI

Location Requirements This position must be located in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; or New York, NY. It is not a remote role and requires at least 3 days per week in the office. Job Responsibilities Provide insights and recommendations that optimize experiences by collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the organization. Develop and maintain data and reporting solutions including reports, dashboards, and self‑service tools to support enterprise objectives. Apply analytical and modeling techniques to enhance decision‑making and prioritize resources across various business options. Create and deliver executive‑level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings to influence leadership decisions. Perform other duties or projects assigned by business management as needed. Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR an advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (required). Acceptable fields of study: data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience. 7–10 years of analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches. Experience reporting and analyzing performance and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Advanced analytics experience, including SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis, and research. Experience with Python, R, Go, or similar statistics or data science languages (preferred). Telecommunications experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced analytics. At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $96,700 – $174,400 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% Location-based starting pay may vary within this range. Eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, with a year‑end bonus percentage based on performance.
