Werfen is seeking a capable technical support specialist to assist customers and field personnel in a call center environment. You will address product usage questions, instrument performance, and other technical concerns while maintaining high-quality records. Role requires three years in a clinical or regulated setting, LSCP certification or equivalent, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
