Digital Product Manager Lead Senior

As a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior within PNC's Digital Retail organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH or Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities You will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world‑class, digital application experience for our customers, with a focus on Consumer Deposit account opening. You will be leading an Agile development team and collaborating with many teams across the enterprise to drive an evolving Digital experience for PNC customers engaging in the Digital Channel. Work with numerous Agile crews and stakeholders to achieve defined goals. Develop an understanding of content creation and management, user experience design, monitoring and analysing the success of large‑scale digital initiatives, and the design, development and testing process for websites and mobile apps. Ensure that digital experiences meet accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Manage the development, production, roll‑out or promotion of digital experiences. Partner with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. May participate in client‑facing activities and support risk management, compliance and audit needs. Drive business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products and recommend modifications to improve results. Co‑ordinate and/or coach Product Managers and Associates as needed. Support after‑hour releases as necessary. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role in the following areas: Preferred Skills Agile Web Development, Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Data Visualization, Digital User Experience, Employee Engagement, IT Architecture, JavaScript, Wireframing Competencies Business Acumen, Competitive Environment, Data Gathering and Reporting, Design Thinking, Effective Communications, Innovation, Knowledge Of Product Line, Marketing Strategy and Positioning, Product Development Life Cycle, Project Management, Solutions Development Work Experience University/college degree required; advanced degrees or certifications desirable. Approximately 8+ years of industry‑relevant experience is typical. Comparable experience, certifications, or military service may be considered in lieu of a degree. Education Bachelor's degree. Certifications No required certification. Licenses No required license. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $114,500.00 – $202,150.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
