APP - Neuro Critical Care Locums Job New Jersey 6-Month Assignment
One of our partnering hospitals is seeking an experienced Neurocritical Care NP/PA for full-time inpatient coverage with a collaborative team of physicians and APPs, beginning late-September and ongoing for 6+ months. Candidates with New Jersey license and an active CDS and DEA are preferred.
Job Details:
Start Date: September 28 - March 31
Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
Shift Times: 6:30a-6:30p (Days) / 6:30p-6:30a (Nights)
Call: None
Setting: Inpatient Neuro Critical Care
Daily Census: 8-20 patients (varies by shift)
Team Structure: Collaborative coverage with physicians and APPs
Support Staff: 7 physicians and 9 APPs
Procedures: ICU procedural skills preferred
Required Experience: Stroke code participation strongly preferred + Neurocritical care or ICU exposure ideal
Facility Details:
Bed Count: 750+ beds
Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center
Stroke Level: Comprehensive Stroke Center
EMR: Epic
