Warehouse Associate

We are urgently seeking reliable, safety-conscious Warehouse Associates with Stand-Up / Reach Truck Forklift experience to join our team at a premier industrial bakery in East Brunswick, NJ.

Positioned in a fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing facility, this role supports daily logistics, inventory put-away, and order fulfillment across dry, refrigerated, and freezer storage areas. We are currently hiring across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts!

Core Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience operating Stand-Up / Reach Truck forklifts or Hi-Los (required).

• 1+ years of experience using RF scanners for picking, packing, and receiving.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work comfortably in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.

• High reliability, good attendance, and a safety-first mindset.

• Spanish speaking skills are a plus!

Responsibilities

• Drive Forklifts: Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, hi-los, and pallet jacks to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
• Load & Unload: Move incoming and outgoing product shipments on and off trucks.

• Pick & Pack: Use RF scanners to scan, pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately.

• Manage Stock: Receive incoming goods, put away inventory, and rotate food stock using FIFO/FEFO principles.

• Keep Areas Clean & Safe: Follow workplace safety rules, keep storage areas clean, and make sure food safety and allergen rules are followed.

• Work in Cold Storage: Perform daily tasks in regular dry warehouse areas as well as cooler and freezer sections.

The essential functions of this role include:
