Creative Strategist — DTC / Meta Advertising

Описание: Мы — быстрорастущий DTC-бренд домашнего декора с ежемесячной выручкой в семизначных цифрах, который стремится дальше масштабировать платное привлечение. Creative Strategist будет полностью отвечать за креативную стратегию в Meta-рекламе. Цель роли — увеличивать объём креативов, находить новые рабочие концепции и повышать эффективность платного привлечения в Facebook и Instagram. Задачи: Креативная стратегия Разрабатывать оригинальные креативные концепции для Meta-рекламы Писать чёткие и практичные брифы для видео- и статичных креативов Формировать сильные хуки, маркетинговые углы, структуры объявлений, месседжи и гипотезы для тестов Искать новые креативные направления, которые расширят рекламу бренда за пределы текущих подходов Анализ эффективности креативов Регулярно анализировать данные по рекламе и креативам Выявлять работающие концепции, хуки, форматы и углы Понимать, почему одни креативы показывают хорошие результаты, а другие — нет Создавать итерации и вариации успешных креативов Превращать инсайты из данных в чёткие указания для дальнейшей разработки креативов Тестирование и масштабирование креативов Строить и вести непрерывный пайплайн тестирования креативов Быстро и системно тестировать новые концепции Масштабировать успешные идеи через множество вариаций и форматов Увеличивать общий объём креативов без потери качества Активно искать возможности значительно превосходить текущие бенчмарки Взаимодействие с командой Тесно работать с тремя видеоредакторами, одним редактором статичных креативов и одним in-house Creative Strategist Предоставлять команде чёткие брифы, конкретную обратную связь, референсы и направление Следить, чтобы весь продакшн оставался ориентированным на результат Требования: Обязательные Подтверждённый опыт работы Creative Strategist в performance-маркетинге Опыт работы с DTC / e-commerce брендами Сильный опыт создания результативной рекламы для Meta /Facebook / Instagram Умение писать эффективные креативные брифы и хуки Хорошее понимание принципов direct-response рекламы Навык анализировать рекламные данные и превращать инсайты в креативные решения Опыт ведения и оценки высокообъёмного тестирования креативов Английский язык (Upper-Intermediate и выше) — для работы с брифами, аналитикой, референсами и коммуникацией Опыт масштабирования DTC-брендов с существенными бюджетами на Meta Опыт работы с брендами с ежемесячной выручкой в семизначных цифрах Сильное понимание психологии клиента, позиционирования и маркетинговых углов Опыт взаимодействия с видеоредакторами и дизайнерами Опыт построения повторяемых процессов тестирования и итераций креативов Условия: Конкурентная заработная плата Современные подписки и инструменты Возможность роста 5 оплачиваемых Day Off в год 30 дней в год оплачиваемый отпуск #J-18808-Ljbffr evgeniusx5
