Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Weekends Off)
⏰ 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
$20–$26/hour + guaranteed overtime

Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on working 2nd Shift Foreman who leads from the front. This role is responsible for driving daily production, managing workflow, and building a high-performing team. You’ll play a direct role in hitting output targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient operation.
This is a leadership role with real impact—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to hold a team accountable while developing their skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production to meet output and quality goals
- Assign tasks, manage workflow, and eliminate bottlenecks
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members
- Train new hires and support cross-training efforts
- Enforce safety standards, including PPE and LOTO compliance
- Monitor attendance, performance, and accountability
- Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, subcontractors, and leadership
- Track production metrics and document issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of workflow, quality control, and workforce management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in real time
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
- Commitment to safety and accountability
Preferred:
- Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment operations
- Familiarity with time-tracking systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Certifications & Requirements
- Forklift certification required (provided at no cost)
- Ability to communicate effectively
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Work in indoor/outdoor environments with varying temperatures
