Sea Salts is looking for a great host/hostess to join out team!

Core Responsibilities

-Welcome patrons by name when possible, manage coat checks, and set a graceful, sophisticated tone at the door. 

-Oversee digital booking systems, curate precise seating charts, and pace the room to ensure servers are neither overwhelmed nor underutilized. 

-Handle high-profile requests, dietary preferences, and special celebrations with absolute discretion and poise. 

-Coordinate seamlessly with the floor managers, kitchen, and waitstaff regarding pacing, VIP arrivals, and table turns. 

-Keep the host stand, waiting areas, and menus pristine and organized throughout the service.

Job Requirements & Skills

-Minimum 1–2 years in an upscale, fine-dining, or luxury hospitality environment.

-Impeccable professional grooming and a calm, composed demeanor under high-pressure situations.

-Polished, articulate verbal communication in person and on the phone, plus a warm, intuitive grasp of luxury etiquette.

-Proficiency with high-end reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) and multi-line phone etiquette.

-Ability to stand and move gracefully in a fast-paced environment for extended shift periods.
