Responsibilities Ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Ideal candidate works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service. Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events. Should demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must have reliable transportation. Why come work for us? Requirements Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
