Registered Nurse MS/Tele Float
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the MS/Tele Float role, where you'll provide critical care in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Float between telemetry and medical-surgical units
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and manage cardiac drips
- Provide care for orthopedic surgical patients
- Utilize Epic for patient documentation
- Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams as needed
- Ensure compliance with ACLS and BLS protocols
What We Need To See
- Active RN license in California
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience
- Experience with dysrhythmia management
- Ability to read cardiac strips
- Experience in a telemetry setting
