Responsibilities include:Assessing and treating a wide variety of medical conditionsAdministering medications safely and accuratelyPerforming health screenings, vital signs, blood draws, and diagnostic testingResponding to medical emergenciesMonitoring and managing alcohol and drug withdrawalCoordinating care with physicians, dentists, hospitals, and mental health providersCompleting intake medical screenings and maintaining accurate medical documentationProviding patient education and medication counselingSupporting correctional staff while maintaining a safe and secure environmentMinimum Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of nursingCurrent, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of UtahNo prior nursing experience requiredAt least 21 years of ageValid Utah Driver LicenseAbility to pass an extensive background investigationOnly Applications submitted online will be accepted.Deadline: September 22, 2026Washington County is an equal opportunity employer.
